These terms of use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms of Use") This Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms of Use") defines the terms and conditions of use between users (as defined in Article 1) who use the service (as defined in Article 1) provided by Canvas (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") and the Application. Article 2: Application and Amendment of the Terms of Use
- The User must agree to these Terms of Use when starting to use the Service. Upon the User's consent, these Terms of Use will apply between the User and the Application. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
- If the User is a minor, the User shall use the Service with the consent of a legal representative such as a person with parental authority. If a user uses the Service after reaching the age of majority, the user shall be deemed to have approved the act of use during the period when the user was a minor.
- These Terms of Use may be changed without prior notice to the user. The amended Terms of Use shall become effective from the time they are displayed on the Service, unless otherwise specified by the Application. If you use the Service after a change to the Terms of Use, you will be deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms of Use.
- The Application shall not be liable for any damages caused by the User's failure to review these Terms of Use.
Article 3: Use of the Service
- Users may store data such as text, images, video, and audio when using the Service. However, such information cannot be used in the following cases.
- When there is a risk of infringing the intellectual property rights or other rights of others
- When there is a risk of causing discomfort to others
- When the Application is deemed inappropriate for any other reason.
- The user must have the correct settings on their mobile device. False IP addresses, regional and language settings, etc. must not be used.
- The User shall bear the mobile terminal, communication costs, and other equipment and services for using the Service by himself/herself at his/her own responsibility and expense.
Article 4: Obligations of the User
- You agree to use your account (including your user ID and password, if you register one, and any content associated with the stored information) solely for the purpose of using the Service.
- Under no circumstances may a User transfer, lend, or sell an Account to a third party. In the event of use of the Application by a User's Account, the Application shall be deemed to be used by the User using such Account, and the Application shall not be liable for any and all consequences of the use of the Account.
- If you discover any unauthorized use of your account, you will report it to the Application and use reasonable efforts to remedy the situation. The Application shall not be liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
- User agrees to promptly report any bugs, errors or other defects in the Service to the Application and not to communicate them to anything other than the Application.
Article 5: Intellectual Property Rights of the Service
The intellectual property (images, video, text, music, programs, and all other information) in the Service belongs to the Application or the party to which the Application has individually granted permission. Users may not reproduce, transfer, lend, modify, transmit to the public, publish, or use for business purposes the contents of this service without the permission of this application, except when permitted by law.
Article 6: Compensation for damages
- The User shall indemnify the Application and any third party for any damages incurred by the Application or any third party due to unauthorized use of the User's or any third party's account.
- The Application shall compensate the User for any damages caused by reasons attributable to the Application. The scope of the Application's obligation to compensate for damages shall be limited to the total amount of usage fees for the Service received by the Application from the User (excluding usage fee collection agency fees, etc.), and shall only include direct damages (not including lost profits, consequential damages, etc.).
Article 7: Prohibited Matters
The User shall not, regardless of intention or negligence, commit any of the following acts when using the Service.
- Acts that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals
- Acts related to criminal offenses
- Destroying or interfering with the functioning of the server or network of this application
- Acts that may interfere with the operation of this application's services
- Using, abetting, or aiding the use of bugs, errors, or other defects in the Service.
- Use of unauthorized tools for this service, falsification of applications, extraction of source code or internal data, and any act that induces or encourages such acts.
- Collecting or accumulating personal information about other users
- Impersonate another user.
- Directly or indirectly providing benefits to antisocial forces in connection with the services of this application
- Infringement on the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, honor or other rights or interests of the Application, other users of the Service or third parties
- Posting or transmitting excessively violent expressions, sexually explicit expressions, expressions that discriminate on the basis of race, nationality, creed, gender, social status, family origin, etc., expressions that induce or encourage suicide, self-injury, or drug abuse, or any other expressions that may cause discomfort to others, including anti-social content.
- Acts for the purpose of sales, advertising, solicitation, or other commercial purposes (excluding those approved by this application). Acts of harassment or defamation of other users, acts of sexual or obscene behavior, acts of meeting or dating with the opposite sex, acts of using the Service for purposes other than the intended use of the Service.
- Religious activities or solicitation to join a religious organization
- Other actions that the Application deems inappropriate.
Article 8: Suspension and deletion of the Service
- The Application may suspend the use of all or part of the Service to the User without prior notice in the following cases
- If you violate any of the provisions of these Terms of Use
- If we discover unauthorized use of your account.
- If you have not used the Service for more than 6 months
- In any other cases where the Application deems the use of the Service to be inappropriate.
- In the event of any of the items in the preceding paragraph, the user shall temporarily or permanently revoke the relevant account or the relevant data. At the same time, the User shall lose any in-service currency and the right to use the Service.
- The Application shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User due to any action taken by the Application in accordance with these Terms of Use.
Article 9: Use of Currency in the Service
- Users shall purchase in-service currency at their own risk and expense.
- In principle, intra-service currency will not be transferred between accounts, even if they are the same user.
- If the User is a minor, there may be restrictions on the purchase of in-service currency. Restrictions shall be specified separately on the Service.
- Users may not exchange, transfer, or trade in-service currency to third parties.
- If a User's account is revoked due to cancellation of the Service, change of mobile device, or cancellation of use, the User will not be able to use the In-Service Currency. In addition, the Application will not refund In-Service Currency due to this.
- In the event that an error occurs in the quantity or other aspects of the issuance of currency within the service, it may be corrected or cancelled.
- This application will not refund any in-service currency due to the termination of this service, unless otherwise stated or required by law.
Article 10: Use of Virtual Currency
- Users shall transfer money from their own virtual currency wallets outside the Service to their wallets within the Service at their own risk.
- If the User is a minor, there may be restrictions on the use of virtual currency in the Service. Restrictions shall be specified separately on the Service.
- Users may not exchange, transfer, buy or sell the virtual currency in the Service to a third party without going through the system in the Service.
- If a user's account is revoked due to cancellation of the Service, change of mobile device, or cancellation of use, the user will not be able to use or transfer the virtual currency in the Service. In addition, the Application will not refund the virtual currency in the Service due to this.
- In the event of an error in the use or remittance of virtual currency in the service, the user may correct or cancel the error.
- The Application will not refund any virtual currency in the Service that is lost due to the termination of the Service, unless otherwise stated or required by law.
- When using virtual currency, the Company may charge a virtual currency platform usage fee. The usage fee shall be set separately on the Service.
- A service usage fee may be charged when transferring virtual currency within the Service between users, or when transferring virtual currency within the Service from a virtual currency wallet within the Service to a virtual currency wallet outside the Service. This service usage fee shall be charged separately from the platform usage fee described above, and the usage fee shall be set separately on the Service.
Article 11: Handling of Personal Information
The Application may collect personal information when users use the Service. The information will be handled appropriately based on the Privacy policy separately posted (in the Service and on the service that delivers the Service, etc.). The user agrees to the Privacy policy.
Article 12: Disclaimers
- the application does not warrant, expressly or impliedly, that the service is free from defects in fact or in law (including, but not limited to, defects in safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors or bugs, or infringement of rights). - The Application shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User arising from the Service. You may claim compensation for damages from the Application only when there is a reason attributable to the Application.
- The Application reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the operation of the Service and to change all or part of the information on the Site without notice.
- In the event that the Application causes damage to a third party or a dispute arises between the User and a third party due to the use of the Service, the User shall resolve the dispute at its own responsibility and expense, and the Application shall not be held responsible in any way. In the event that the Application incurs damages or costs due to a dispute between the User and a third party, the User shall compensate or indemnify the Application.
Article 13: Validity of these Terms of Use
If any part of these Terms of Use is determined to be invalid under any law or regulation, the validity of any other part of these Terms of Use shall not be affected.
Article 14: Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any judicial disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
